25.07.10 NEW TEAM IN INTERLEAGUE PREMIER DIVISION
Rugeley will be taking over from Trent Trophies Tuesday in the 'Premier' interleague division. They will though be starting on 'nil points' and all TT Tuesdays matches have been changed to 14-4 wins due to not playing every side.
Their first fixture will be this Friday (30th) against Afford Baize.

We have just received the entry form for the National (over 50's) Senior singles to be played at JJ Faul's club on October 24th. See events page for entry form.
The Senior Grand Prix and the Junior (under 18) and Under 21 Grand Prix entry into the region qualifier will be confirmed soon.

13.06.10 2010 INTERLEAGUE KO RESULTS
At yesterdays Interleague KO Cannock were crowned Staffordshire champions for 2010 after beating Trent Trophies A 10-8 in the final. Alsager finished the competion in third place, beating two 'Elite' Division sides on the way. Afford will have the fourth 'nomination to the National finals in October, with Afford Baize, who finished fifth hoping for a invite also to the finals.

The county are holding a World Masters qualifying event on Saturday 22nd May 11.30 registration for a 12 noon start at Players Pool Club.
Four players are guaranteed to represent Staffordshire at Blackpool on Saturday 3rd July in the World Masters.
Entry fee is £10 and all matches will be best of 11 frames on a straight Knockout basis.

To change the scoring system for
County matches to 3 points for a win and 1 point for a draw
from the 2011 season, with frame difference to then be used if teams
are level on points.

The draws for the opening rounds of the Staffordshire competitions are out now on their relevant pages' . Please note the deadline dates and these are 'rigid'. A 'threes' result sheet is also available to print off on the 'threes' page.
14.03.10 County Match Home v Shropshire
Today's game at home to Shropshire only featured
the men as Shropshire Ladies cancelled, we await a re-arranged date
for this fixture.
The men had two comfortable wins, the A side 32-12 and the B side
even better 35-9.
Man-of-the match for the A side was Liam White who won 3-1 and for
the B side Lee Grout who hit a maximum 4 out of 4.
Next match is the 'trek' to Lincolnshire on Sunday April 11th.
