*All matches must be played on or before the set date.

*Any players that can't fix a date must contact Comp Sec on 077 567 15420 giving at least 2 weeks notice prior to deadline.

*Please note that some venues do not have enough tables to accomodate all matches on set date. Should the away players turn up and the table be unavailable at the set start time the away players will be awarded the match.

* Results must be sent on the deadline day if not before to comp sec or both pairs will be expelled from the competition.

* Competition Secretaries decision will be final and not open to any appeals
